I’m a licensed clinical social worker with more than 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults in Chicago. My private practice is located in the Streeterville neighborhood, steps from Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and I also offer telehealth sessions throughout Illinois.

My Approach
I practice insight-oriented therapy, which means we go beyond symptom management to understand the underlying emotional and relational patterns that shape how you move through the world. This isn’t about giving you a script or a set of exercises. It’s about helping you develop a real understanding of yourself so that change isn’t just possible but lasting.
My style is collaborative, engaged, and direct when it’s helpful. I believe therapy works best when it’s a genuine conversation between two people, not a clinical exercise. I’ll meet you where you are, and I’ll also challenge you when I think it will serve you.

Background and Training
I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across a range of clinical settings, including hospice and bereavement programs where I provided counseling to terminally ill individuals and their families. That work gave me a depth of experience with grief, loss, and the way people navigate the hardest moments of their lives.

I work with adults of all backgrounds. Many of my clients are professionals navigating the tension between external success and internal fulfillment. I work with both men and women, and I bring the same level of directness, honesty, and care to every therapeutic relationship.

Schedule a Session
I offer sessions on: Mondays, 4:00PM to 9:00PM, Tuesdays through Thursdays, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with evening availability for professionals who can’t step away during the workday.
