Questions about fees, insurance, and payment are an important part of deciding whether to begin therapy. It is common to feel uncertain or hesitant when navigating these practical details, especially when you are already dealing with emotional concerns. My goal is to offer clarity and transparency so you can make informed decisions at your own pace.
Rates
Fees are dependent on the service provided, and your out-of-pocket expense may vary based on insurance coverage and other factors. If you would like to learn more about my approach to therapy, you may find it helpful to explore Insight-Oriented Therapy before reaching out with questions.
Insurance
I am an in-network provider for the following insurance companies:
-Aetna
-Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO
-ComPsych
-Cigna
****Out of Network benefits verified and accepted
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
I accept cash, checks and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time has been reserved for you. 24-hours advance notice is required for cancellation or you may be charged a fee for no-show or late cancellation sessions.
